Help.... work giving me an Android

MY job recently switched me to an Android from my beloved iPhone.

How can i get it to work (if at all) with my mac and itunes and ical, and contacts, etc..... please help! ive read about 3rd party sync apps but none see to work perfect.

Otherwise, I use:
. Smoothsync apps to keep Google and iCloud (contacts and calendar) in sync.
. Android file transfer to copy files between the phone and the mac.
. Google music manager for music.
