iPhone Help

Hi got an iPhone 3GS 16gig which has been jail broke. Did an erase all content n now it won't turn on or accept charge. Tried a master reset via home button n lock button. This has made no difference. Any advice? I'm new to this so please help.

Hitting that toggle means you will have to restore.
