So I recently unjailbroke my phone and upgraded to IOS 6.1.
How come my "Other" space is still being used up?
How do I remove the unnecessary files

put in DFU mode and redo you still have jailbreak stuff over, I'm willing to bet . If you need more help or info refer to the 1st sticky at the top of this section.
