Last night, I installed BTC mouse and trackpad tweak on cydia, then it froze, then I shut it off, then tried to reboot. It did not reboot with the mobile substrate there. What's wrong?

I'm guessing the phone booted in safemode? Try removing trackpad from Cydia, respring and see what happens.
I did, and it's booted up in safe mode. Maybe I should install it then remove it again?
What other tweaks do you have installed right now? Worst case scenarios is using iLEXRat to reinitialize your Cydia to stock and start all over, your jailbreak, apps and their data will be preserved.
A lot, common iOS 7 tweaks, oh last night I also installed callbar, some uncommon tweaks, sooooo many tweaks
Well there you have it, the more tweaks you have the harder it is to troubleshoot, start moving them one by one by installation date. It's also a good idea to use iCleaner and clear unused dependencies from Cydia.

why do you have "Activator Beta for iOS 7"? I don't think the beta versions of Activator are hosted on the Bigboss repo but I could be wrong since I have ryan petrich's private repo
is both the animated fix for iOS 4.x AND iOS 7.x needed? I don't see why you would need the 4.x one if you're on 7.x
did you have bitesms installed before the problem started occuring? I don't know what version you have but that's the pirated versions so that could be an issue. same for BTC Mouse & Trackpad, CallBar, DreamBoard, Forecast, Infiniboard, and all the other pirated packages you have.
well, i see now that you have a lot of pirated tweaks installed. that is most likely where your problem stems from. cracked tweaks are usually altered so that people can use them for free and will produce problems where the original packages do not. and all these alterations to each package will impact your system more as you have more of them, producing an unstable system. they can also be outdated and not have the important bug fixes the latest versions do which ultimately make up a more stable phone
Other forum members' response will probably be the same (to remove the pirated tweaks and/or purchase them)
edit: you could've also used the app AppInfo from cydia to make it easier to list your tweaks

for the tweaks you really need, why not purchase them and support the developer?
hmm, i assumed pandora downloader was a paid tweak because it was from a piracy related repo but i did a quick google search and found that it's on the repo http://harrisonapps.com/repo, added that source onto my phone, and it appears to be free
so i would recommend getting the official legit copy of that tweak over the other one you have installed
Did you install an IOS 6 tweak? I've been following the Dev of this tweak and I only got a tweet about 6 hours ago that it's been updated to IOS 7. I'm asking because I had plan to install it now it's updated to IOS 7 until I saw your thread. Thanks

I was wondering how he got it so early. Like I said, I'm following the Dev and I have not seen any reports on it not working since it's been updated. Just a lot of people thanking him for finally updating it to IOS 7. Thanks for the info.
FYI: I have reinstalled this tweak now it's updated to IOS 7 and I'm happy to report I'm not having any issues. I'm on an iPad 4 so I don't know for anyone on a 64 bit device such as iPhone 5S and iPad Air.

Still nothing. Is there a way to backup tweaks and other things into iTunes in case I have to reset the phone
Not tweaks into iTunes. And if you restore, you'll be forced to go to 7.1
Try using semi restore to see if that'll help fix your problem
no need to download anything to your computer, add this source: cydia.myrepospace.com/ilexinfo
and install iLex Rat ios 7
once you do that, open the app it installs and choose one of the two options: i just removed all cydia tweaks last night and worked perfectly. itll delete everything youve installed through cydia and let you start with a fresh jailbreak while still keeping all your apps and settings. make sure to read which option you wanna do
