my iphone's screen is blocked I guess and it doesn't turn off even tho i press the two buttons , help please

What do you mean by blocked ? Is it frozen ?

Are you J.B or stock ?

Can you hook up to iTunes and use Dfu or Recovery Mode.

If you have an Apple Store you could always visit for help.

Do you mean this (press and hold the on/off button and the home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds,until the apple logo appears) is not work?
