I have 20GB Audio ipod, i know its the oldest of all in ipod categories. The problem i have is that some days back i formated my ipod and restored it again after which i when ever i connect my ipod to my computer only the apple sign comes for few seconds and than ipod pic comes which is disappointed in mood and below which an URL is given www.apple.com/ipod/support. I think my hard disk is not crash as my ipod gets connected to my computer but is not recognize by the system.If anyone have any idea about this issue please let me know.
