Hi everyone, sorry if I don't do everythign right in this thread, as I'm a new user!

anyways, my macbook pro C2D went for repair to the Apple Centre at the Trafford Centre as the screen developed a fault, by way of having a black vertical line down it! It got repaired under warranty, and was handed back to me with the screen repaired. I got it home and the DVD drive had stopped working! I returned it to them and they had to replace the DVD drive, which was also covered under warranty. When they called me to say that it was ready, the bottom par tof the case, was bent! near the screen unclipper. there was also warping under the CD tray. they had it back in for a third time to "Bend" the metal back into place. The MBP still doesn't sit propery, by way of means of rocking if you touch it at one side. Does anyone have any similar issues or ideas of who I should complain to! Thanks

First it would be best to go and talk to them explain your situation and tell them your not happy as your macbook pro still isn't right. If they don't offer to do anything for your then I would go ahead and give apple customer relations a call.

heres a link to all the contact numbers around the world

Thanks, I think that is what I am going to do. Everyone beware not to use Apple Repair at the Trafford Centre!

Regards
