OMFG I want to cry.

I have been so careful not to mark my macbook of less than 2 months. I dont know how i managed to do this. I got ink on my scroll pad and clicker. It will not come off I tried warm water (very little) but it will not budge. Mac guide says not to use any chem or sprays. It only talks about cleaning the screen and exterior. What do I do??????
please any help that will not go against the warranty, I bought an extra 3 year warranty/service coverage.
thanks

You might want to check out some of the hints in this recent thread. Is your MacBook white or black?

Oh, and you'll get a better response if you use a more descriptive thread title. It will help draw the attention of those who can best help you.

This same thing happened to my iBook G4. I used the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on it and with some rubbing it all came off. I'm looking at it right now and there is no evidence of ink ever being there. And it wasn't only written on, in was actually spilled on the wrist pad.

heres a picture not very good, but trust me with light it looks 1000 times worse:<

I spilled blue ink on the bottom of my MB (and I don't even know how:eek: ) I just used methylated spirits, and then quickly wiped it with warm water and soap afterwards, and it quickly came off;)
