Hi guy, I recently saw a MXM to PCIE converter which could let Laptop to use pc full size Graphic card, and its cable was designed long enough for iMac owner. I think, we could get the DVD off, and connect a pc GPU which contain apple's EFI(my friend said there are some have EFI can work for Mac Pro, and I can found on web ). BTW, this converter is the world first MXM to PCIE converter, and this guy just did a trial production recently, if you want it should be waited monthly, and it costs about $120 USD.
