I'm with you, this is just too much. I prefer not to wish ill will on anyone, but Apple's really out of control.
In the "good old days" Apple did their share of stealing & copying, yet so did most everyone else. Collectively it was ignored as each company focused on the positive & interesting tasks of innovation & development.
It's as though Apple has lost their passion. By becoming this deeply enmeshed in the chaos of lawsuits and the strategies required, they're wasting valuable time that cannot be replaced.
Apple, once the class act of the field, has now demonstrated their addiction to headlines, chest pounding, threats and other time wasting behaviors.
