Probably posted already but, this thread has a little more info... When you select a picture on your iPhone and it asks you what email address to send to, enter the persons phone number in an email format, for example... 1234567890@mms.att.com. other Wireless provoders text/mms email domain below...

Verizon - areacode/number@vtext.com.net
AT&T - areacode/number@mms.att.net
Cingular (Still Works) areacode/number@pics.cingularme.com
T-Moble (USA) areacode/number@tmomail.net

I havent tried any other carrier other than AT&T, so I hope this works for all others.

Goood Luck!

What happens if you send one to an iPhone, out of curiosity? Does it correctly display as an MMS?

This site lists some more:

http://www.sms411.net/2006/07/how-to-send-email-to-phone.html

Of note:

Alltel: [10-digit phone number]@message.alltel.com

Boost Mobile: [10-digit phone number]@myboostmobile.com

Virgin Mobile USA: [10-digit phone number]@vmobl.com

You should just be able to throw these into your contact cards for people as e-mail addresses, and then they should come right up in Mail! :)

From: http://support.vzw.com/faqs/Picture Messaging/faq_pixmessaging.html#item15
VERIZON WIRELESS DOES NOT RECOMMEND SENDING PICTURE/VIDEO MESSAGES TO VTEXT ADDRESSES.

" What is my Picture/Video Messaging email address?

Your email address is your mobilenumber@vzwpix.com

For example: 9991234567@vzwpix.com"

That's because iPhone does not support MMS. On most phones MMS does support sending to email addresses though, so she can send it to your email and you can receive it no problem
