Has anybody been able to playback 4K60 footage captured on an iPhone X/8 or Xs on the 10.5 iPad Pro? Either by loading through external means or through iCloud Photos?

Thanks for the reply. The reason I am asking is that I am considering buying an iPhone XS to replace my iPhone 7 and since it adds 4K60 capture it would be great if my 10.5 iPad Pro can handle it.

It plays back flawlessly. Just remember that no iPad has a 4K display, so it won’t actually be 4K you are looking at. You’ll get the full 60 frames per second buttery smooth though.
