hewlett-packard HP12C calculator

A while back I purchased a hewlett-packard 12C calculator from hewlett-packard

The version I have is warning it will no longer work with iOS 11, no longer available at the App Store and to contact the developer HP (but no contact information)

There is a version at the App store (not that new - last update was 2012), and they want $14.99
I would not mind purchasing it again if it will work with iOS 11, but there is not mention of this and of course, no link to contact the developer.

If it was released in 2012 it is certain to be a 32 bit app and as such will not be supported on iOS 11.
