Hey Guys...CHARGING issue here

Ok so recently I plugged in my iPhone to charge via wall charger on very low battery. When its even in the red when I plug it in, the charge indicator shows its "fully charged" icon and it wont charge. Also, when it was charging before I could use my phone but now I cant or else it will stop charging. Gr.

HOLD Power + Home for about 20 seconds until the silver apple appears. Charge it 100% then let it die to 0% before plugging into the wall.
