Hey guys just got an ip7plus

well ive liked it so far but theres some questions i have maybe u all can answer while video recording my sound faded out and back in in the middle of the video anyone know how to remove that ?

Also when using whatsapp voice memos back and forth when i do receive a voice memo sound fades in sonat the beginning its really low and works its way back up to louder

Any help will be appreciated thnks

This might be a silly question, but could you be accidentally covering the microphone when recording the video?

Does this occur when you play the sent voice memos as well, or just the received voice memos?
 
Nope not covering the mic and only on the recived mssgs im on a group chat and others listen to the same mssg correctly just not me

While the volume does drop during a notification - when you're playing an audio/video and you receive a notification, but any other drop is unusual. You may perform a hard reset by holding the Sleep button and Home button simultaneously until the Apple logo displays. You will not lose your data. Alternatively, I'd suggest you to go visit an Apple Store just to be sure that you do not have a defective device.

The hard reset has changed on the 7and 7 plus. Now you have to hold the volume down button and the power button...

Took it in turnd out it was a defective device just my luck gotta wait another month and 1/2 till i get my replacement
