Hey Guys, Questions with itunes, please help!!

Whats going on everybody,

I was just wondering (excuse me if this sounds so simple) how when you delete a song off the itunes library it will automatically delete off of the hard drive? It askes sometimes but not always. I want it to be always that if I delete a song off the library it will automatically send it to the recycling bin. Any suggestions or input? THanks a bunch in advance.

some advice....

if your not sure it deleted all the way do a search....cant hurt....

I find it always ask what I want it to do. Are you sure you're deleting from the library and not a playlist? To delete the file from a playlist (not just its appearance in the playlist) hold down OPTION as you delete it.
