Does it have Apple Care? A machine with similar specs with 1 year Apple Care is 1349 USD + tax. You are getting a lot of stuff with the machine, but I personally would be reluctant to buy an MBA or an ultraportable that doesn't have a warranty.

Due to the solid state it is a great deal. Without it, I'd offer $700.

brand new MBA ? can you provide link to that prices ?

No - it will be pretty hard to come by a Rev B MBA brand new since its almost 2 years old now. The price I am quoting is for refurbished from Apple (which in my opinion is as good as new).

Seems like a good deal, might need a new battery. As long as its in good condition I'd say its worth it.

Good deal if it's in perfect shape. I just bought one exactly like that for $1000. I'm not sure about the warranty but i'm assuming it's out of warranty.

It's a good idea to get these with a warranty, as they are relatively fragile.

But if you want to live dangerously, go for it.

Note: talking about living dangerously, I bought mine on Ebay :D
