‘Night night.’ - everything remains on.

Anyone else having this issue since updating to 15.4? It’s always worked in the past, nothing has changed and she acknowledges what I’ve set but doesn’t set the ‘Goodnight’ scene.

Yes changed for me as well. What I now have to say is “hey Siri activate Goodnight scene” and even that sometimes doesn’t work when I then have to say “hey Siri activate Goodnight”

It’s utter crap. No one will ever convince me that Apple aren’t going out of their way to make Siri a laughing stock!

And me also. I now have to say "hey siri, turn everything off" and that will turn my lights and tv off.

Also, I just tried to set a 20 minute timer and got the useless "hmm, that's taking a little longer", "still working on it". I gave up and pulled out my phone.

Homekit is so so so so abysmal that I am seriously considering just going down the Alexa smart home route.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve created other good night scenes with different words but all meaning the same and Siri still just replies “night night”. I think they’ve broken it. I hope people are feeding this back to appLe.

I used to be able to say “hey Siri turn off first floor lights” and it would work. All first floor lights in the same zone would turn off. Now she says, for example, “all first floor lights are off and the kitchen main light is on” and doesn’t do anything.

Oh wow, same here. I thought I’d changed something accidentally.

I’d say “Hey Siri, Goodnight” and the light would turn off, and white noise would play. Now Siri just says “Good night” and nothing else.

Me: "Hey Siri, how come I'm such a loser with women?"

Response: "My name is Alexa..."

My HomePod minis were doing this the first couple of nights of 15.4, weirdly enough I started saying "Hey Siri, set goodnight" and it would trigger.
Then the last two nights, for no apparent reason, Goodnight works again. Don't know if anyone else has the luck of it working again 🤷
