Hey Siri on two devices

i thought with iOS 10, that if we had Hey Siri active on two devices it would intelligently know that and only activate one at a time. My iPad and iPhone both answer me.

That's how it works on my iPad and iPhone only one activates.

althought im keeping my ipad on my hands and saying "hei siri" only my iphone activates on the desk. seems to be that it is impossible to get my ipad activated... tried to be in a differend room than my iphone.
