My wife's iPhone 6s plus just started having problems with Siri.

"hey Siri" wakes the phone up and Siri appears to listen but any command given is not heard. She just sits there listening. You can see the visual feed back so I know the microphone is working.

Normal email voice dictation works also.

I have done the following:

- Turned off/on phone
- Reset network settings
- Turned off/on siri
- Retrained Siri with voice

Still no luck.

Any suggestions?

Stupid question: do you say "Hey Siri" then wait for it to respond? Or does your command follow immediately?

If you're not already, try get into the habit of giving the whole unbroken command as I find Siri works much better that way.

She waits for Siri to respond. That was the first thing I checked
