Hi everyone, why my iMac doesn't fast?

Hello, who knows about optimisation the Premiere Pro software in iMac, because my iMac is working slowly when i run the Premiere Pro.

My iMac system preferences:

macOC Big Sur
Version 11.2.3

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)
4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
64 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Macintosh
Radeon Pro 580 8 GB

Are you editing 1080p or 4k video?
4k will certainly "be slower".
Does Premiere have an option to create "proxy" media for 4k?
If so, are you using it?
