Hi! imac 27- (2019) A2115 won't turn ON

After a power surge, it stopped turning on! I press the start button, the fan spins slowly, the screen is black, two LEDs light up! Turned off the mains, pressed the button - again turned it on does not help!
Diagnostic LEDs
1 - not working 2 - working -3 - working 4 - not working 5 - not working

I'm confused - thread title says won't turn off, but your OP says won't turn on. I'm assuming the thread title was a typo?

same issue here, any luck? . light 2 and 3 work but not 1. i get fan spin but no noise or display. sometimes light 3 goes out and just has light 2 on. checked cmos battery, tried different psu
