General Hidden Photos Still Show in All Photos.

I know in iOS 8 if you were to hide a video or a photo it would just be available in the Hidden Folder. Although, since the arrival of iOS 9 it will go to the Hidden folder, but still be viewable in the All Photos or Camera Roll folder.

Is this a known bug or it is intended to be like that now?

It's best to keep your nudes in an app like "keep safe"

yep its Apples twisted logic when it comes to this. makes no sense to me either. i think its only hidden in "moments"

Apple really needs to make the hidden folder lockable.
