I was hoping with future releases like IOS 11, iPad users could fix the Tabs and Favorites bars in Safari so as not to have to scroll down to reveal them all the time. To me, it’s a pain but I’ve gotten used to it. I think Apple did this mostly for benefit of iPhone users with limited screen real estate. But now with larger iPads it seems a little unnecessary. I remember IOS 7 or perhaps earlier did not have this “feature”.

But does anyone know if such a setting to visually fix them in Safari or IOS exists?
