iPhone Hiddensettings 7 not showing up

Hey guys. I have a problem and perhaps you can help.

Back in the day (last month) I installed hiddensettings 7 and changed the slider colors on my Control Center. Later I uninstalled it and moved on. However, I forgot I had left the color of the sliders changed, and now when I want to install the tweak to remove the colorized sliders I can't, because the tweak simply won't work. It won't show up!

1. I have tried pressing volume up. Nothing.
2. The tweaks I have which can hide items in CC are not hiding it.
3. If I try to install bootstrap I have to uninstall every tweak I have.
4. I tried reinstalling cydia substrate.

I need help with this. Any tips? Thanks!

Is it set to show in the settings app?

This happened to me yesterday after I applied some updates in Cydia. Unfortunately, I don't remember what the update was. I want to say it was FlipControlCenter (or maybe Springtomize 3). HS7 is enabled in Settings, but it just doesn't show up in CC anymore. Not a big deal for me, but maybe this will help someone else.
 
I do have both springtomize 3 and flipcontrolcenter. Are you saying I should uninstall them and try?

Btw, it is set to show in the settings.

I guess it depends how important it is to you. I can't say for sure it was either of those 2. For me, Springtomize does what I was using HS7 for, so I don't have any real incentive to experiment.
