Hi I was just reading and having the same trouble as people who don't want all their apps to show up on the cloud. This may have been mentioned but I didn't want to search for it.

I went into the app store on my iPhone went to updates > purchased > not on this phone. Swiped on the app and was able to hide it.

Hopefully this somewhat solves issues with kids getting adult content. That and now the 50 apps of random games I have I don't have to go through each time.
