iPhone Hide White Springboard Icon?

Ever since I've switched to the iphone 5 and restored from iCloud, I've had this white springboard icon with no way to hide (even with sbssettings).

Does anyone know how or where I can clear this icon?

NOT restoring from icloud is not an option as that's where all my data is.

The only time I've ever seen that is during theming, where occasionally an icon for an app will turn white, but if you don't know what this icon does, that's not the issue. (BTW, if you ever get that, installing or uninstalling a tweak from Cydia fixes the problem).
