Hey guys!

I read some threads in many forums now, but I didn't find a solution yet. I know, there are people having battery issues, others don't.

I loose minimum 10% battery in 3 hours standby, so no use at all. I was on vacation the last weeks and in that time I only used flightmode + WiFi + Bluetooth. In that time i lost about 1% a whole night without charging! After I was back switching on the SIM-cards, draining starts again. My phone is a 14 Pro Max with iOS 16.0.3 now, but the problem is since beginning. If I watch the battery settings in the evening and in the morning again, there is no change, no activity at all. I'm using the phone with 1x eSIM and 1x phyical SIM.

I reset network settings too, nothing changed.

If somebody has an idea please let me know!

Thanks guys!

It isn't. 7 Hours sleep, flightmode (WiFi + Bluetooth on) but without active WiFi connection, Apple Watch charging. --> 1% discharge. Some other nights it was 2%, but 1-2% was normal every night.

I see. I thought you thought that 1% was too high. But now I understand you're comparing that to you battery drain now. Still, I don't think 10% in 3 hours is excessive. At that rate the battery would last 30 hours.

10% without doing anything? It comes on top when I use it. So I have many phone calls a day and I need to recharge the phone in the afternoon. My two year old 12 Pro Max with 82% battery capacity lasts much longer.

And compared to the vacation, i had about 80% left in the evening after I took about 300 photos with the camera.

There is an issue, definitely.

Since i opened this thread my phone loose 4% battery without using it btw.

If there is a problem it's probably something that will be fixed with an update.
