High CPU usage (113%) when notes app is launched

Hi Can anybody help, whenever I am running Notes app activity monitor shows 113% CPU resources being used and my processor temperature starts rising very quickly, until the fan spins up, temps reach 82 degrees celsius. OSX 10.11.3 thanks

Try downloading and running the OS X 10.11.3 combo updater: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1859?locale=en_US

This may clean up any errors made by the incremental updates.

Hi thanks for asking, I am syncing with Outlook.com, iCloud, and gmail.

I don't know that the combo updater that JohnDS suggested won't fix it.

However, first try turning off Notes sync for each account, one at a time, to see if the issue persists and to rule out the possibility that one of the accounts is behind the issue.
