From all I’ve seen yes. I’m not sure it’s actually the “high power” mode increasing the single core clock, but rather just a property of the 38 GPU version of the M1 Max.But it only runs at 3.5GHz compared to the MBP 3.7GHz in "High Power Mode"
Binned chips?

Ah, it's only on the 38 core GPU version? For some reason I thought it was on all Max chips if they were in a device that supported it (such as the Mac Studio or the 16"), but if it's just the 38 GPU core version, it'll be a very expensive upgrade for an extra 200mhz.From all I’ve seen yes. I Wouldn’t trust a thing by LTT , with there Bias against Apple and there recently proven incorrect numbers, as well as Sexual assault accusations, I wouldn’t trust them as far as i could throw themBut don't forget that MacBook with inevitably throttle when Mac Studio -- won't
What a shocker that was from GamersNexus. I'd been a long time LTT watcher and spent an hour or so watching that recent revelation. :/ That was so disappointing. I have almost never unsubscribed on Youtube...I Wouldn’t trust a thing by LTT , with there Bias against Apple and there recently proven incorrect numbers, as well as Sexual assault accusations, I wouldn’t trust them as far as i could throw them
