High Sierra Beta 3 - System Files too Big, But Lots of Space Available?

Anyone else ever seen this and/or know a fix?

The slider shows my disk nearly full...with system showing up as 325.87gb...yet it says that my available space is 401.09gb?

I’m running beta 3...so I can’t just reinstall and restore? Or at least I don’t think I can?

Any help is appreciated.

You should just ignore that inaccurate bar in the info window.

Do you have Time Machine turned on?
Do you have all kinds of "cloud synching" going on?

Try diskutil unmount /Volumes/Untitled (covered on another thread). Deleting volumes that were not unmounted correctly worked for me.
