HK prepaid sim

I'm after a bit of friendly advice from our Far-East based forumistas.

Can anyone tell me which network is best for prepaid sims in HK, as I will be there for a few days next month.

Also do you know the APN settings for recommended network so I can get my data working.

I have a factory unlocked 3GS
