On my MBP, these source games are running alot slower than they use too( they use to be perfectly smooth)...After taking a long break from games, i figured id fire up these games... Online in CS:S(where it is most apparant) and in single player HL2 both games seem to chug a bit..choppy, rendering esp. cs:s unplayable due to getting my ass kicked from slow response time. Anyone have a clue about why this may have happened. BTW, i did recently install the 1.02 bootcamp drivers....

You could just have a virus or spyware on your computer. Try using Lavasoft's Adaware. I also find it convienient to get rid of hiddent start up processes by going to start>run and then typing in msconfig and disabling the current startup items. Run msconfig are your own risk.
