HL2 Mods compatible with Mac?

Theres a bazillion half life two mods out there, but none seem to work for Mac. Does anybody know any that do?

Install HalfLife 2 with Cider.

Can you do that with the steam verison and not mess up the other games running on the source engine?

I'm not sure... you may have to do *cough* *cough*... "things" to HL2 to get it to without steam...
