Hmm.. Flash based Macs?

I dont know if it`s been posted or not. But macworld and T3 are reporting bout the possiblity of a flash based ultra portable Mac. I dont think there is any truth behind it. But you never know with Apple.

As far as I m concerned I`d rather go for a VGA touch screen Apple PDA cum iPod instead. I have a windoze mobile 5 Pocket PC and really really hate it. It`ll be really great if Apple launches such a thing with a complete OS. And if it has builtin WiFi then it cant be any better. I`d really love to surf the net using this thing. the IE in Win Mobile 5 really is crap. So is outlook express. Say what a mobile iLife suite for the Apple PDA. And not to forget it`s gotta have atleast 30 GB memory thereby being the first HDD based PDA(yes there are a couple of HDD PocketPC available but they arent good enough and you cant really count them).

And to top it off, Bootcamp/parallels to run win mobile apps on our Apple PDA. HAH. That`d definitely be a dream come true for me if Apple gets such a thing in market by the year end.

I heard that Samsung is putting out a new series of portable computers with flash drive's...But they're only have 36GB storage.

Strange, I've been using WindowMobile on my smartphone, and I completly love it. It has replaced my cellphone,pda, and iPod.

Back on topic, I'd love for Apple to come out with a UP. I'm not buying one, but I want to see what it look like.
