hmm, i accidentally dragged a preferences folder into another

and i moved it back out but it lost all my preferences for native apps..

eg all my alarms were gone
weather locations gone
time zone was reset

etc

can any one explain or screenshot their directory structure which contains the preferences folder and cashe folder im sorry i cant be more specific untill i can get back onto ssh.

Also since this has happened my cydia wont load, i open the icon and it animates up then straigh back to spring board

Update

Cydia now loads but says unable to load (cant connect to host)
