Can it be done? If so how, I´d love to have Vista, OSX and XP in my Mac Pro/MacBook Pro.

yes.. it's possible
however you might need to format and partition your entire harddrive (unless you have mac pro) to accomplish that

you need to format and partition into 3 partitions and install the three OS separtely (or make disk image of whatever you have and restore them later...)

Will I get the 3 OSes at the start up os select screen or just "Tiger" and "Windows" and selecting Windows bring up Vista´s bootloader and then give you a choice for XP and Vista?

you'll get 3 (and i believe the name that appears is the same as your harddrive name for that partition... and since OS X does not have the ability to alter NTSF, which is needed for vista, it'll just say untitled)

... unless there's a way to do it in vista, which i'm yet to find out
