For some reason I cannot access the Wi-Fi options in the settings part of my iPhone, the image is greyed out and won't let me tap on it.
Is this a known bug and is anyone else experiencing this?

I've taken some screen shots to show you what I'm seeing.

Usually It will say "Not Connected" or something like that, but will still let me tap on it and browse other networks.

It appears as though there is a corruption. Does it work if your restart the phone?

If not, have you tried a restore?

Still not working, call Apple, I've never seen or heard about it before, and may be a fried Wi-Fi chip (likely due to tin whiskers).

Restarting doesn't help, I reset my iPhone and its all fine now.
It must be a bug, as its been able to automatically connect to my home Wi-Fi since I got it

I like my iPhone but all these bugs are getting annoying :(
