So I bought a hollow iMac G5 (Intel model with iSight) from a friend for $25.
I want to do something really awesome with the case, but the only thing I can come up with is turning it into a fish tank. Do you guys have any other amazing ideas on what I can do to it?

A flat panel iMac won't make much of an aquarium as it's too small.
You'll have to house your pump outside the casing which kind of ruins the aesthetic, and there won't be enough room for the fish to swim around which would be inhumane for the fish.

However, maybe you could make it into an ant farm? I've never heard of anyone doing that.

Just a thought.

Can fish be treated inhumanely?

I suppose you could make a cracking tea tray out of it. Or perhaps it could be the ultimate penny jar?
