I have an iPad & iPhone on same apple ID.

Advisor then asked me to wait for next iOS upgrade.
I am in touch with apple care advisors who are putting my ticket on hold and always ask for some minor screenshot every few days.

Although I do believe I have tried all possible solutions. Any new suggestion would still be appreciated.
Issue details:
- March 2023: iPhone 13 pro max: I updated to new architecture, which was then rolled back. I had and apple tv, one homepod 2 and a pair of homepod minis. Few days later I started noticing severe battery drain which cause my battery life to be half. I removed all devices from home and deleted home app but battery drain still continued.
- April 2023: I thought my phone is old so traded it in for a new iPhone 14 pro max. To my surprise the problem appeared in the new phone too. I checked the battery usage stats on my ipad which I rarely used at that time and noticed that it has the same issue (80% of battery usage was home app). Finally I reached out to apple. They made me reset my phone multiple times.
- Reset and when setting up they asked me to not restore from backup.
- Reset using a mac(Finder).
- When none of these worked then after resetting when I finally put my apple id, I quickly turned off home under iCloud.
Advisor then asked me to wait for next iOS upgrade.
- Oct 2023: I finally upgraded all my devices hoping the problem would be resolved. Now I have the same problem on my ipad and an iphone 15 pro max. And guess what, this time even the workaround which worked for me earlier this year is not helping. So only way for battery drain to stop now is:
- Sign out of apple id. But then I can't use wallet app, or other iCloud features.
- Use another apple id: Not an option for me, because I have an apple card which is tied to apple id again.
