I have a Philips hue system and the app recognizes that. When I go to automation I'm presented with a screen showing me an Apple TV and telling me about automation. It's not allowing me to set any automation up. I have a 4th gen Apple TV as well. It's seems other people are using this feature, what am I doing wrong?

You need to either setup an automation in another app (like ConnectSense) or have an AppleTV running with the latest beta or an iPad running the beta

I deleted it as soon as I found out the nest couldn't be added to it, though I do believe it was a nest decision not apple's.

I don't have any over expensive hue lighting and I haven't been able to afford a sonos sound system yet.
