just got my iPad Pro 11” and I don’t like the home bar being visible all the time.

In safari it’s white when the web page is black, and it’s black when the web page is white. So always stands out and is distracting.

I know i cant stand it and on the iphone it needs an option to hide it i know how to use my device

You mean it’s visible when you’re in an app like safari? That makes no sense. Can’t it be hidden.

Edit. I see, the little bar.

This is exactly how it works on the X, XS and XR. Why would you think it would be any different on an iPad running the same software ??

I actually quite like it. Makes it easier to know where to swipe to swap between apps.

Easier to live with on the phone, which has a very tall aspect ratio, but it gets in the way on the iPad, and there really is no need to see it once you've had the device for about an hour.

Amazed there still isn’t an accessibility option to remove it on the phone. I understand it in the early times of no-home button to get people used to the interface, but it’s a year plus now.

Its a joke games like asphalt as soon as you touch screen it apears apps can auto hide but once you press it comea back its so annoying plz apple just let hs remove it if we want
