Home Button Delay

Has anyone been having the same issues as I have with the home button having a delay starting the main screen?
It seems I have to push it 4 or 5 times before the main screen finally opens up.
I would say it happens about 20% of the time

i just recently started getting the same issue. except it also happens for the power button. one time it locked up so i couldn't turn it back on at all and i had to reset it
