The past few weeks I've noticed that if I click the home button instead of being taken to the home screen, I get siri. Then I have to try and click out of siri it's really annoying. It makes no difference how quickly I click it will just call up siri. After maybe 3 or 4 goes, it finally takes me home. I've taken to putting an accessibility button on the screen that is dedicated to Home. It doesn't always behave like this, it only does it about 30% of the time. It works fine just for long enough for me to forget about it. When it's working correctly I have to hold the home button down for at least a second to call siri, so I really don't understand why a light fast click sometimes takes me to siri instead of Home.

Is anyone else having this problem? This is on an ipod touch 6gen.

Sounds like it might be a hardware issue where the home button is sticking? If you can I'd take it in to an Apple Store since it should still be under warranty (6th gen iPod touch has been out for less than a year).

OK, the button feels fine but I never thought that it still might be sticking, I will take it in then.
