After long discuss, at last I bought 3* 60GB OCZ SSD, I will install the OSX in raid SSD, and want to move the home folder to other HDD, it is workable because some of my friend said it will make the OSX not stable.
If yes is it change at follow windows ?

if you are going to move your home directory to another disc, yes that is where you tell Mac OS where you're redirecting it to look for the active home directory. Just be sure to restart afterwards, it will still use the original directory until you do.

Thank for your reply.

My OS is on a 120GB SSD, and I moved my home folder to a separate 1TB drive for space reasons. Works fine except for some poorly written software that assumes your home folder is on your OS drive. Worked around that by putting a symbolic link to my home folder in the 'normal' location.
