iPhone Home & Lock Screen usage really high?

Anyone have any idea why the home and lock screen on my phone is so high? Could it be winterboard? Or maybe cylinder? Anyone have any ideas?

Haven't had this problem but seen many many posts with high usage for home screen and lock screen. I have a handful of tweaks that should impact this entry but I stay around 6% usage.

When did it start? I recommend uninstalling the most recently updated/installed tweaks from Cydia until it resolves itself. Then you'll know what's causing it. Good luck.
