Home Screen Landscape Orientation Not Working...

I've done a couple hard resets and nothing...

You are using an iPhone 6 Plus, right? Does photos and videos rotate?

yes, its a Plus... and photos do rotate...

its just the home screen that doesn't...

Display Zoom under Display and Brightness, I had it to Zoomed... when I set the view back to Standard, the home screen rotates...

I am having the same issue on my 6+. I am not zoomed and it freezes on everything. Photos won't turn, email won't go to side be side. The view is on standard and portrait orientation is off.

Ah... Same issue. Zoom makes all the new landscape feature break. Now there's a choice for you!

A restart helpe... The issue is with iOS 8 rather than hardware from what I have read

Yes! I adjusted the Zoom setting back to Standard and the orientation now works ok.

If you have it set to zoom it won't rotate like the iPad does you must be on the standard view
