NStats
Omnistats
Both for the NC, both iOS 6. Don't know if that will help you. Omnistats is comprehensive and has a lot of features, whereas NStats only displays memory, storage and transfer rates.
Both of these can be placed on the homescreen using Dashboard X (iOS 6) or some other tweak that's capable of doing that.
