Home Sharing Cover Art Problems?

So i have a library of many TV shows and i usually use iFlicks to keep everything in order. So with the new TV App, i updated my cover art to the new 16:9 thumbnails, yet in the AppleTV4k Home Sharing App, the cover art still looks in the old square mode with some ugly black bars. Is this just me or is someone else getting this problem?

I have this too. I cannot see a way to have both on there, so it picks automatically, based on device😔
