Home Sharing issue

I just got my ATV2, and I'm running into an issue. When I go to the Computers tab, it says I have to have Home Sharing set up. I go to iTunes on my iMac and it says it's set up, but the ATV isn't recognizing it.

I feel like I'm missing something obvious here. Any help would be appreciated.

what version of itunes are you running? needs to be 10 or newer for it to work with atv2

Actually I believe it has to be 10.0.1 or newer.

I downloaded the most recent version this afternoon. I'll try it again.

Once in a while, I have had to turn Home Sharing off and then back on again via the ATV to refresh the connection. Haven't had to lately but I did in the beginning. Might be an issue with your network fluctuating or the computer falling asleep, I don't know.
